Your role as an LPNYou’ll be a trusted clinical leader on the night shift, providing high-quality, person-centered care that helps residents rest safely and comfortably.
- Deliver direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Closely monitor residents, quickly recognize changes, and communicate with RNs and physicians
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation
- Guide and support CNAs to ensure consistent, excellent care
- Assist with smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and the care team
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and resident safety
- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN license
- Genuine passion for geriatric and rehabilitative nursing
- Strong clinical skills, sharp attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
- Commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centered care
