Job ProfileThe bank is hiring an Assistant Branch Manager who will primarily be responsible for consistently meeting all customer asks within the retail branch environment and assisting with the management of the branch and sales team.
Develop and maintain a personal referral network, execute branch leads according to consumer bank standards, perform successful execution of all customer transaction requests, and effectively conversion of transactions to qualified sales or referral leads.
Adhere to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values.
Education Level- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of job-related experience
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier (preferred but will be required)
- Assists with the management of daily sales activity through branch staff coaching of prescribed sales activities, assisting with pre-shift sales huddles, and monitoring and measuring sales results.
- Coordinates and completes the operational duties as assigned, by scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, and ensuring all tasks performed adhere to the current policy and procedures. Performs traditional teller transactions as needed.
- Promotes the sales process through referral management, leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to meet the banking needs of customers courteously and professionally. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Using FNB-approved branch technology, input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants. Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
