Employer Brand sits at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and talent strategy. Our mission is simple: help the right people discover Twilio, understand our culture, and imagine themselves building here.

But powerful stories need proof. That’s where you come in.

You’ll transform data into direction. Tracking performance across channels, identifying what resonates most with candidates, and building the reporting foundation that shapes our strategy. You won’t just observe the work, you’ll help define how we measure success across the entire function.

If you’re excited by analytics, love organizing chaos into clarity, and want your work to influence real business decisions, you will be a great fit for this role.

  • Evaluate the data generated from each channel and define a structured methodology for data collection.
  • Define and document Employer Brand metrics and data sources
  • Metrics & Tracking Infrastructure
    • Build and maintain a sustainable tracking system (ie Airtable, Excel)
    • Build leadership‑ready outputs that can be reused in EB and TA forums
    • Ensure data consistency and reporting hygiene
  • Measurement & Analysis
    • Establish a baseline view of Employer Brand performance across priority channels
    • Track awareness, engagement, and behavior signals and roll up insights
    • Identify top‑performing channels, formats, and content themes
    • Analyze trends and directional performance
    • Partner with Employer Brand and TA team members to validate insights
  • Cross‑Team Support
    • Act as an ambassador of the Twilio intern program and support intern community engagement.
    • Support employer brand operations across projects as needed.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable collecting and manipulating data in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights
  • Self‑starter who can manage weekly project tracking and deadlines independently
  • Ability to build presentation materials (Google Slides, Canva)
