An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced

Registered Managerto lead achildrens residential home in Derby supporting young people aged
1217 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Quality Standards. This role requires a compassionate leader who can create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and educationally.

• Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, ensuring all operations meet statutory and regulatory standards.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and day-to-day running of the home.
• Lead, train, and supervise a motivated care team.
• Foster a therapeutic and child-centred culture focused on positive outcomes.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and home resources effectively.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, promoting safety and wellbeing.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities, schools, and health professionals.
