This is a rare opportunity to shape the food vision for a stadium that hosts world-class rugby, concerts and major events. From premium dining in private suites to large‑scale banqueting and innovative non‑event day menus, you’ll set the standard for excellence.

• Lead all culinary operations across match days, conferences and special events
• Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus that reflect the latest food trends
• Manage and develop a high‑performing kitchen team, ensuring top‑quality standards
• Oversee food safety, compliance and cost control across all areas
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and exceed guest expectations
• Build strong supplier relationships and maintain sustainable sourcing practices

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high‑volume, premium environment
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Passion for food innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent organisational and financial management abilities
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and commitment to sustainability
