• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering (or a willingness to learn)
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• At least 1 year’s experience in a food and beverage outlet
• Knowledge of working in a beverage-led environment
• Great communication skills in English
