Overview

As a Guest Services Associate you will ensure guests receive a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and are roomed according to department standards. Your aim is to interact with guests, embrace our latest technology, and maintain a consistent level of service from arrival through to departure. Guest Services Associates are required to have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the services provided by various outlets, consistently providing a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring the provision of excellent concierge services throughout the stay.

We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join our exceptional Front Office Team at The Parkgate Hotel. Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest, along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Your multitasking will be second to none while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
