An early riser with a sunny disposition. Breakfast shifts start from 7am.

You will have a professional and friendly personality, be able to keep calm under pressure, be confident, organised and have a real passion for great service delivery and people development.

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements:

• Greeting customers upon arrival with a friendly smile and welcoming personality
• Up to date with local neighbourhood information, so you can give great recommendations to our hotel guests.
• Incredible customer service
• Arranging table settings and maintaining a beautifully presented dining area
• Taking food and drink orders from customers
• Preparing drinks and serving them to customers
• Running food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serving them to customers
• Checking in on customers and giving celebrity service from start to finish.
• Removing used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Weekend availability
