As a Spa Reservations Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving spa revenue while delivering an outstanding, personalised service to every guest. From handling enquiries to securing bookings and upselling premium experiences, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects the luxury and warmth of The Parkgate Hotel. This is a fast‑paced, guest‑focused role where your attention to detail, communication skills and sales mindset will truly shine.

• Deliver a professional, friendly and engaging service across all guest interactions
• Handle inbound calls and enquiries, confidently promoting spa facilities and packages
• Maximise bookings and revenue through upselling and effective rate management
• Build rapport with guests to create a memorable, personalised booking experience
• Process bookings, payments, gift vouchers and maintain accurate guest records
• Respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, ensuring a seamless guest journey
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Log enquiries and analyse booking trends to identify opportunities
• Maintain high standards in line with departmental and company expectations

• A natural communicator with a confident, engaging telephone manner
• Sales‑driven, with a passion for delivering results and achieving targets
• Organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about spa treatments, packages and hospitality services
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and professional environment
• Committed to providing exceptional guest experiences every time
• Previous reservations, sales or hospitality experience is highly desirable — your attitude and personality matter most
