We are seeking an organized and personable Guest Service Lead to oversee daily guest service operations, support the guest service team, and ensure an excellent experience for all hotel guests.

• Prepare guest evening meals and small functions
• Support in food service execution
• Manage kitchen operations in line with food safety regulations
• Assist with supervision of daily front-of-house operations
• Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring guest service staff
• Support check-in and check-out processes where required
• Coordinate with other departments where required
