Do you have what it takes to be the first point of contact for members and guests at our luxurious Spa?

We are looking for an experienced Casual Spa Receptionist with a sparkling personality to join our fantastic team! As well as immaculate presentation and a professional, friendly manner, you will be able to demonstrate excellent guest service skills gained through experience in a similar role. In order to deliver an exceptional five star guest service, it is also important that you are willing to learn, a qualification in beauty is desirable to enable the assistance to the therapists if and when needed.

You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to each and every guest, you will also be responsible for showing them around the facilities on arrival and providing advice and assistance whenever required. Ongoing training will be provided, allowing you to gain both detailed knowledge of our treatments and products, and the ability to sell to guests.

Operated on behalf of the Welsh Rugby Union, The Parkgate is located just a drop kick from Principality Stadium and is the perfect base for match days and any occasion to explore the city sights of Cardiff.
