Levy Ireland, part of Compass Group, is seeking an organised Assistant Beverage Manager to support bar operations across race days and events at Leopardstown, Fairy house and The Curragh. You will assist with stock management, team supervision, scheduling and ensuring exceptional service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Head of Beverage, you will lead by example, train new staff, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety.
