Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA seeks a Bartender for Mercure Cardiff Hotel, to greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks. You will manage payments, keep the dining area clean, restock supplies, and assist with food preparation while collaborating with hotel staff to deliver a first-class guest experience.
Experience in bar hospitality and knowledge of cocktails are beneficial. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required as part of a dynamic team.
