Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting a Lobby Ambassador (Corporate Receptionist) for a new Lloyds Banking Group office in Cardiff on St Johns Street, with an opening in September 2026. The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
You will greet visitors, manage check-ins, set up meeting rooms, provide basic AV support, and work with facilities teams to uphold high service standards while staying on your feet in lobby areas.
