We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional spa experience.

This is a varied role that combines outstanding customer service, administration, and operational support within a luxury spa environment.

• Manage spa treatment, spa day, fitness, and membership bookings.
• Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Handle telephone enquiries, bookings, and reception administration.
• Conduct spa tours for prospective members and guests.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and treatment rooms.
• Assist with cash handling, vouchers, and retail sales.
• Work closely with therapists, leisure attendants, and hotel colleagues.
• Carry out routine pool safety checks and monitor spa guests when required.
• Promote spa treatments, memberships, and products.

• Has previous experience within a spa environment or similar setting (desirable)
• Reception, hospitality or hotel experience (advantageous)
• Delivers exceptional customer service with a professional friendly approach
• Has excellent communication skills
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Works independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating memorable guest experiences
