Yellow 42 Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Event Operations Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality destination in Perthshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on events professional to lead the operational delivery of a varied portfolio of conferences, weddings, private dining and bespoke events, ensuring exceptional standards from planning through to execution.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Conference & Banqueting and Private Dining.
• Deliver high-profile events to exceptional service and operational standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing events team.
• Work closely with Events Planning, Culinary and wider operational teams.
• Manage staffing, resources, budgets, payroll and departmental performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a senior point of contact for VIP guests and complex events.
• Drive continuous improvement, commercial performance and exceptional guest experiences.
• Be a visible, hands‑on leader who leads by example.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Strong experience within luxury hospitality, events or Conference & Banqueting.
• A proven track record of delivering complex, high-profile events.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• A hands‑on approach and meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence dealing with VIPs, clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

• £52,000–£57,000 salary
