The Hand & Spear, Weybridge, part of Young & Co., seeks a Morning Hotel Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and ensure breakfast service runs smoothly. You will start at 6:30am and finish at 11am, looking after guests from their night’s stay and ensuring they depart satisfied with their experience.
You will lead shifts, train staff, and collaborate with the chef to deliver excellent hospitality, while committing to your own ongoing development in a busy pub with rooms.
