Village Hotels in Cardiff is seeking a friendly Leisure Receptionist to be the face of the club. You’ll deliver a warm welcome, record bookings accurately, and ensure only bona fide members and guests enter the leisure facilities.
You’ll know our hotel offerings, support promotions, handle enquiries, maintain the reception area and personal presentation, and follow cash handling, security, health and safety procedures. Teamwork and a proactive attitude will help you grow with us.
