Haulfryn Ltd. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Finlake Holiday Park in the UK. You will oversee all food & beverage and retail operations, leading a team and deputising for the F&B Manager as required.
This is a hands-on leadership role at a premium holiday park, with a focus on service excellence, guest experience and commercial growth. The role requires minimum 3 years’ F&B management experience, strong people skills, and a solid grasp of stock control, GP management and compliance.
