As a Casual Conference and Events Associate, you'll beat the heart of creating memorable moments for our guests during the busiest and most magical time of the year. Whether you're serving food and drinks,supporting festive events, welcoming guests or helping our teams deliver exceptional service, you'll play a key role in making Christmas unforgettable at The Parkgate Hotel.

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, bars, restaurants orhotels would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided

• Deliver exceptional service across festive dining events, Christmas parties and seasonal celebrations
• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Servefood and beverages efficiently while creating memorable guest experiences
• Support event and restaurant teams during busy festive periods
• Assist with room and event set-ups to ensure every occasion looks spectacular
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure guests enjoy an outstanding visit
• Demonstrate an understanding of food allergies and dietary requirements
