We're looking for a passionate and proactive Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help create memorable experiences for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced supervisor or ambitious hospitality professional ready to take the next step in their career.

• £34,319 annual salary
• Service charge earnings of approximately £5,000 per year

• Leading and inspiring the team during service across our restaurant, bar, lounges and events spaces
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our high service standards
• Supporting the Restaurant & Bar Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department
• Coaching, training and developing team members through regular briefings and on-the-job support
• Handling guest feedback professionally and turning challenges into positive experiences
• Ensuring smooth service, accurate billing procedures, and excellent presentation standards throughout the operation
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across the hotel to deliver seamless guest service

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Waiter/Waitress or similar role
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• A confident leader who enjoys motivating and developing others
• Calm, organised and professional in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
