Food and Beverage Assistant

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be one of the friendly faces of the hotel. You will mainly work in our Meetings and Events department, helping us deliver excellent service to guests attending meetings, conferences and events. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a friendly team to make sure every event runs smoothly and guests have a great experience.

As our ideal Food and Beverage Assistant, you will:

• Bring positive energy to our guests and your team.
• Provide excellent service at meetings, conferences and events.
• Help set up and clear meeting and event rooms.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to help wherever needed.
• Be confident speaking with guests and colleagues.
• Work well as part of a team and build a good rapport with guests.
• Be flexible and mainly available to work evening shifts, including late finishes.
• Stay positive and professional during busy and high-pressure events.
• Help ensure every event is delivered to a high standard.
