This School of Medicine post will be within the Gallimore Godkin lab and is a position within a four-year programme grant funded by MRC. The project involves helping a team of researchers measure T cell responses to antigens derived from influenza virus in humans and in mouse models. The successful candidate will join a thriving team of immunologists studying fundamental aspects of viral immunology and seeking means to translate this knowledge to novel vaccines against influenza infection.
Candidates should have A Levels in Science and demonstrate relevant experience/outputs in laboratory research.

This post is full time (35 hours per week), available immediately and fixed term until 30th June 2030.
Salary: £28,031 - £31,236 per annum (Grade
4). Appointments to roles at Cardiff University are usually made at bottom of scale unless in exceptional circumstances.
