Thishands‑onsere roleblendscreativedirection,coaching,andtechnicalaudiojudgment—makingscriptedmaterialsoundauthenticandunscripted,ratherthanrecited,whilekeepingsessionsmovingatanaturalpace.

• Directvoiceperformersthroughscriptedscenarios,coachingfornatural,conversationaldeliveryratherthanverbatimrecitation.
• Buildquickscenecontextforperformers(who,where,why) andimprovisetofillnarrativeordialoguegapslive,keepingsessionsflowingnaturally.
• Adaptscriptedwordingfornaturalphrasingandregional/dialectauthenticityasneeded.
• Monitorandcorrecttechnicalaudioqualityinrealtime:mictechnique,pacing,clarity,andbackgroundnoise.
• Managesessionpacingtomeetrecordingtargetswithoutsacrificingperformancequality,andmaintainorganizednotesonadjustmentsandretakes.
• Createasupportive,low-pressureenvironmentforperformers,includingthosewithlimitedpriorvoiceexperience.

• Nativefluencyintherequiredlanguage(withspecificdialect),withastrongearfornatural,colloquialphrasing.
• Experience directing,coaching,orproducingvoiceoraudiotalent(e.g.,voicedirection,castingdirection,audio/podcastproduction,dubbing/ADR,ortheaterdirection).
• Demonstratedabilitytogiveclear,specific,actionableperformancedirection.
• Strongworkingknowledgeofbasicrecording/mictechnique(proximity,plosives,roomnoise,levels).
• Comfortableimprovisingandadjustingscriptedmaterialonthespot.
• Excellentinterpersonalskills;abletobuildrapportquicklywithperformersofvaryingexperiencelevels.

• Backgroundinimprov,theaterdirection,oractingcoaching.
• Experiencedirectingnon-professionalorfirst-timevoicetalentspecifically.
• FamiliaritywithDAWsorrecordingsoftware(e.g.,Pro Tools,Adobe Audition,Reaper) forspot-checkingaudioquality.
