An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities for Skilled Trade Operatives based within Responsive Repairs Unit, we are looking to recruit the following Trades:

Plumber x 1

The successful candidate will ensure an excellent responsive repairs service is delivered by ensuring repairs are attended and completed within timescales, giving excellent customer service to the Contract Holders within their own specific trades.

The successful candidate will have NVQ2, City and Guilds or equivalent in their relevant trade, and have excellent communications skills, with a strong track record of working in a construction/maintenance workplace.

A full and valid driving licence is an essential requirement for these roles.

These vacancies are suitable for job share.
