With a team of more than 200 staff across the UK, we deliver high-quality engineering solutions to blue‑chip clients including national and local government, NHS, education, offices, and distribution sites.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out warranty work, part replacements, fault finding, remedials, planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns.

Benefits- Salary: £38,000 – £42,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (including lunch). - Travel:
Door‑to‑door paid. - On call: 1 in 10 on call + £90 standby.
- Leave: 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your birthday off.

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
- FGAS 2079 Category 1 certification.
- Previous experience in servicing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of VRV / VRF and split systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic ability.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Deliver a professional service, ensuring works are completed to the highest standard and in line with client expectations.
Provide clear communication and accurate documentation for all works undertaken.
Liaise with clients, site staff and office teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
