Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Weighting Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team.

• Deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Rainham, Barking, Dagenham and surrounding areas.
• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of the plumber trade and any secondary trades.
• Work in an efficient manner to complete tasks within required deadlines.

As an operative in the London Region, you’ll be eligible to receive an additional monthly non-contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.

• Hold a valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for work use only).
• Must be eligible to work in the UK;
  Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
• This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
• Ability to work in the London area and carry out maintenance, repairs and related tasks across properties.
