Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Location: Rainham, Barking, Dagenham

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
• Deliver a first-class service to properties covering Rainham, Barking, Dagenham and surrounding areas; work shall be carried out efficiently and within required deadlines.
• Work as a Multi Trade Operative with Carpentry skills and other trades as required, ensuring good customer care.
