TAY Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Coordinator based in Taffs Well. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales and Contracts teams, ensuring client expectations are fully understood and communicated. You will take responsibility for structuring each project from survey through to installation and final invoicing, maintaining clear communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers to coordinate survey and installation dates.
* Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and Surveyor to ensure all requirements are understood.
* Draft Health & Safety requirements and produce RAMS based on survey information.
* Extract sizes from FIELDWIRE and interpret drawings to complete purchase order forms.
* Raise purchase orders and send to nominated suppliers following instruction from Sales and Contracts teams.
* Maintain and update the purchasing agenda, ensuring all goods are ordered to meet project deadlines.
* Attend weekly PO Agenda meetings and ensure all information is entered into the main system.
* Obtain supplier updates and communicate delivery schedules to site teams.
* Arrange subcontractor installation teams as instructed by the Contracts Manager, submitting RAMS accordingly.
* Coordinate with contractors to ensure materials, equipment, and install teams are prepared and scheduled efficiently.
* Ensure FIELDWIRE access is provided to install teams, and all installation documents are clearly organised.
* Maintain communication with installation teams and customers to ensure successful project completion on time and on budget.
* Update the Project Tracker and send FIELDWIRE reports to contractors as required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience working as a Project Coordinator.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Experience in cost control and team coordination.
* Knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis techniques.
