Maintenance Electrician – Cardiff (Permanent)
£45,000–£50,000 + Company Van

We are recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a long‑established organisation in Cardiff on a permanent basis. This role will suit both experienced maintenance electricians and senior/multi‑site engineers who are happy operating in a hands‑on role.

The position offers long‑term stability, local work, and a strong package including a company van.

Key Responsibilities:

* Electrical maintenance, fault finding and repair works

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks

* Working across commercial buildings and facilities

* Testing, inspection and minor install works

* Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Proven experience in electrical maintenance (commercial ideal)

* Confident fault‑finding and reactive maintenance skills

* Full UK driving licence
