• The Pay: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (basic salary tailored entirely to your experience and technical skills).
• Early Finishes:
  Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

Working as a core member of our Cardiff technical team, you will:

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing
  , braking system maintenance, timing belt replacements, and complex mechanical repairs

• Use up-to-date diagnostic tools to efficiently fault‑find and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain clean, precise, and methodical workmanship to deliver high‑quality, "first‑time fix" results.
• Work productively to complete repairs accurately and keep the workshop operating smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with a skilled team of mechanics to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction and trust.

  Strong working knowledge of general vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and major mechanical components (excellent engine knowledge is highly valued).
• The Mindset: A reliable, self‑motivated professional with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and your own tools.
• The Basics: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is a great advantage but not mandatory.
