- The Pay: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (basic salary tailored entirely to your experience and technical skills).
- Early Finishes:
Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

Day-to-Day
Working as a core member of our Cardiff technical team, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing
, braking system maintenance, timing belt replacements, and complex mechanical repairs
. - Use up-to-date diagnostic tools to efficiently fault‑find and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Maintain clean, precise, and methodical workmanship to deliver high‑quality, "first‑time fix" results.
- Work productively to complete repairs accurately and keep the workshop operating smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with a skilled team of mechanics to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction and trust.

Experience:
A proven track record working as a Vehicle Technician
, Car Mechanic
, or Service Technician. - The
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of general vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and major mechanical components (excellent engine knowledge is highly valued). - The Mindset: A reliable, self‑motivated professional with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and your own tools.
- The Basics: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is a great advantage but not mandatory.
