Maintenance Fitter/Electrician

ITP Aero UK are recruiting for a Manufacturing Services Fitter/Electrician on a full-time permanent basis, 37 hours per week.

As a Manufacturing Services Fitter/Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high‑tech manufacturing machines and equipment, perform planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure safety and operational reliability.

• Experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Biased Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Work both planned and reactive on manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Operate safely and competently on high‑technology machines and process equipment.
• Read machine electrical drawings and navigate through HMI operating systems.
• Familiar with maintenance electronic reporting systems.
• PLC interrogation experience for fault finding.
• Basic mechanical skills to complement machine maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of PPM and asset care programmes.
• Work well independently and as part of a large team of engineers.

• Electrical bias training with mechanical skills.
• Experience with planned maintenance, breakdown attendance, machine interface, PLC fault finding, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Knowledge of chemical processing equipment.
• High‑level experience designing PLC programs.
• Knowledge of laser cutting and drilling technology.
• MEWP and FLT Training Accreditation.
• Accredited safety training such as IOSH.

37 hours per week – 3 shift pattern:

• Mon – Thu: 1.48 – 9.30 pm
• Fri: 1.48 – 7.00 pm

Hucknall, Nottinghamshire, UK.
