This housing provider looks after thousands of homes across Cardiff, and they're bringing a Multi‑Skilled Plumber into their in‑house repairs team. If you take pride in doing a job properly, can work cleanly in people's homes, and want long‑term stability, this could be a great fit.

You'll be carrying out plumbing repairs, full bathroom installs, and general maintenance across occupied and empty properties. The work is varied, steady, and you'll have the support of a proper team behind you.

Day‑to‑day, you'll be:

• Installing and repairing baths, basins, toilets, showers and cladding
• Tiling walls and floors
• Completing basic carpentry, plaster patching and guttering
• Working safely in tenants' homes and communal areas
• Using a handheld device to log jobs
• Keeping your van stocked so you can finish jobs first time

• £34,348 salary
• Permanent, full‑time role (35 hours, Monday to Friday)
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and extra concessionary days

• Social housing experience is helpful but not essential
