Plumber

Permanent Plumber – Cardiff

We are looking for a skilled Permanent Plumber to join a busy facilities management team in Cardiff. This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting the safe, compliant and efficient operation of a large commercial site.

You will carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, fault finding, repairs, water system checks and general site support, ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.

Hours:

39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch. The role also includes a 1 in 3 weekend shift pattern with a 15% allowance.

About you:

You will have a strong commitment to health and safety, a practical approach to fault finding and repairs, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.

We want to hear from you if you have:

Ideally, you will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating and have experience in plumbing maintenance. Applications may also be considered from candidates with NVQ Level 2 and relevant practical experience.

Legionella Control (L8) and commercial environment experience would be desirable, but not essential, as development and training can be provided.
