CAF Group in Cardiff, UK is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a team of technicians delivering corrective maintenance on a modern train fleet. You will plan and prioritise maintenance safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with railway standards.
This safety-critical role requires strong leadership, fault-finding and root-cause analysis, plus the ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. Night shifts (4 on 4 off) are required.
