Build Recruitment are seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical bias) to join a North East site. The role covers maintenance, repair and installation across electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems within a building services environment.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical systems, BMS and SFG
20 standards, with excellent communication and a customer‑focused approach to service delivery.
