ABM is seeking an on-site HVAC/mechanical engineer to service and repair plumbing and HVAC equipment across multiple sites. You will manage workloads, prepare quotations over £500, and complete on-site documentation for smooth invoicing.
The role requires trade competence in mechanical and electrical works, NVQ levels 2–3 in Plumbing, L8, IPAF/PASMA, and SFG
20 familiarity. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, reporting, and compliance with safety and site
