ABM is seeking an engineer to repair plumbing and mechanical fixtures across contracts, with full commissioning and servicing of HVAC equipment. The role requires multi-skilled capability, including mechanical and electrical trades, and working to SFG
20 standards.
Responsibilities include workload management, quotations for remedial jobs over £500, and ensuring paperwork is completed for invoicing. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and L8 qualifications are desirable; IPAF/PASMA may be required.
