We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive repair business with multiple sites, who is seeking a Master Vehicle Technician for their location in Rumney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade Master Vehicle Technician to join a growing team committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Salary of up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Paid overtime at an enhanced rate - 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Attendance at company events such as Summer & Christmas Parties
- Access to LKQ, IMI, and MOT training courses
- Opportunity to work within a progressively expanding Welsh business
- Flexibility in working hours, including options for a 4-day rota or tailored hours
- Carry out fault finding and complex repairs to vehicle systems
- Perform large repair jobs such as engine rebuilding, diagnostics, and electrical work
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, adhering to customer satisfaction priorities
- Complete jobs accurately on the first attempt, maintaining the company's quality over quantity ethos
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and our client's specific repair procedures
- Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work completed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environment
- Qualified Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent; applications from time-served technicians without formal qualifications are welcomed
- Proven experience in a similar Master Vehicle Technician role
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to delivering high standards of quality and customer service
- Based within reasonable commuting distance of Rumney
