The following are the main duties of the role

• Engine replacement
• Parts replacement
• Boat Movements and handling

• Support communication and promotion with clients and contracted authorities.

• Work with and support all other marine technicicans

• Work with the Health and Safety Manager and/or consultants to ensure all H&S regulations are met
• Ensure all risk assessments and relevant paperwork are undertaken
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Support the running of a safe, injury/accident free workplace

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations
• Knowledge sharing and upskilling other team members
• Training as required by the role
• Other tasks reasonably within the scope of the role
