£45,000-£50,000+ Basic Salary | Monday–Friday - Immediate Start Available

We are working with a growing and forward-thinking electrical company based in Cardiff, who are looking for an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrician who wants to move away from day-to-day installation work and into a role focused on quality, compliance, technical support and team management.

The Role

As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring work is completed safely, correctly and to the required standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Signing off completed electrical / EV charging works

Inspection, testing and certification

Carrying out electrical surveys

Conducting site audits and quality checks

Supporting electricians with technical queries

Providing technical guidance and mentoring

Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations

Reviewing workmanship and identifying areas for improvement

Supporting the management team with day-to-day operational duties

Helping maintain high standards across projects and the wider electrical team

What We're Looking For

You must be a fully qualified electrician with:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

AM2

2391 Inspection & Testing

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Strong technical knowledge and a good understanding of electrical compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills

This role would particularly suit an experienced electrician who is ready to come off the tools, take on more responsibility and progress into a supervisory/management position.
