Vehicle Technician​/Multi-Brand Diagnostic Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our highly respected team in Cardiff. • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your technical experience and skill level).

Working as a core member of our technical team in Cardiff, you will:

• Carry out routine servicing
  , safety inspections, and general mechanical repairs across a wide variety of makes and models.
• Utilize high-spec diagnostic tools and software to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical, electrical, and mechanical faults.
• Deliver high-quality "first-time fix" results while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Work productively to keep the workshop running smoothly in a well-organized environment.
• Collaborate productively with fellow mechanics to maintain a clean, friendly, and safety-first workshop.

• Qualifications &
  
  Experience:
  
  NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).
• Licensing: Full UK driving licence is essential.
  An active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
• Equipment & Mindset: Must possess your own hand tools for daily repair and servicing tasks. Motivated, dedicated, and highly organized professional with a strong team mindset and keen attention to detail.
