Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your technical experience and skill level)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% WEEKEND FREEDOM with strictly zero weekend shifts required!)

Role OverviewSeeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our highly respected team in Cardiff. You will carry out routine servicing, safety inspections, diagnostic troubleshooting using advanced multi-brand software, and general mechanical repairs across a wide variety of customer vehicles to high industry standards.
Requirements- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with proven workshop experience
- Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and mechanical repair
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card or F-Gas certification is advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools
- Base: Cardiff (Free secure on-site staff parking)
- Road Links: Strategic position directly served by key routes including the M4 (J29/J30/J32), A48(M), and A470, offering fast commutes across South Wales
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Cardiff Central and Queen Street mainline railway stations alongside regular regional bus services
- Commutable From: Newport, Penarth, Barry, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Bridgend, Cwmbran, and surrounding local areas
