This is a full-time hybrid role for a Control Panel Designer/Drafter based in Carencro, LA, with some opportunities to work remotely. The role involves designing and drafting electrical control panels, creating detailed schematics, and preparing technical documentation. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers and/or engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards (NEC and UL), and troubleshooting design challenges. The Designer/Drafter will also work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

• Knowledge of Electrical Controls and Electrical Design concepts
• Experience in Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering activities
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for addressing and solving technical issues
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and related tools
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in control panel design or drafting within the industrial or oil and gas sectors is a plus
