Security Officer Patrol Monitoring-PT

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior work areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related issues to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete accurate incident reports as required;
Maintain professional communication with site personnel and the public while following post orders, operational protocols, and reporting requirements
