Install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems;
Climb towers and ladders and assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, and gin poles;
Prepare and clean sites, off-load material and inventory, install carriers on towers;
Assist in antenna installation and transmission line and waveguide installation;
Mentor new less experienced technicians and perform other duties as assigned
