The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a professional to join our team as Member Services Center Representative located in Caribou, Maine.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound telephone calls.
- Direct calls to the appropriate personnel with minimal transfers.
- Process telephone transactions for members.
- Gather member information and identify solutions for members and potential members.
- Problem‑solve debit card issues.
- Remain vigilant and alert to fraud and scam activity.
- Maintain member account information in the computer system.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional interaction skills essential for the role.
