Full-time
Status: 40 hours a week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support critical HR operations and provide organizational administrative support. This role encompasses functions such as onboarding new employees, benefits administration, compliance monitoring, and employee record management. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director and must demonstrate sound judgment, confidentiality, discretion, and a strong commitment to adhering to established HR processes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including scheduling orientation sessions, managing pre‑employment requirements such as background checks, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. - Administer
Employee Benefits:
Manage the enrollment process for new hires, assist with benefits changes, and provide support during the open enrollment period to ensure employees understand their options. - Maintain HR Records:
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all HR and credentialing records by regularly updating and verifying employee information, maintaining confidentiality. - Support Compliance
Activities:
Assist in the implementation of compliance initiatives through audits and data gathering. - Recruiting Support:
Assist in the completion of job descriptions, schedule interviews, and ensure feedback on candidates is complete. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned to enhance overall HR effectiveness.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems (preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Positive work habits and a consistent record of reliable performance
- A desire to learn, grow, and expand HR knowledge and responsibilities
- Previous HR experience preferred, but candidates with transferable experience and a strong work history are encouraged to apply
