To cover our 24-hour service at our rental station in Freiberg, we are looking for a flexible employee/assistant for the on-call service (m/f/d) on a part-time basis starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• After the station closes, you will be reachable by phone for our customers in case of emergencies
• In the event of a car breakdown or a traffic accident, you will create a rental contract on site for the exchange vehicle
• Depending on the need, you will deliver the new vehicle to the customer or carry out the vehicle exchange in the station
• If necessary, you will instruct them in the vehicle technology

When do we need you:

• The on-call service is generally planned for the following times: weekdays from 4 pm to 8 am the next day, and Fridays from 4 pm to 8 am on Monday
• You will be available to us for the on-call service for at least 7 days a month within these times
• In addition, you will support us on at least two days a month with vehicle preparation

What you should bring:

• Valid driver's license, class B
• Friendly and confident appearance towards our customers
• Communication skills and service readiness
• Good English skills
• Absolute reliability and time flexibility
• Independent and responsible work
• Team orientation
• Basic technical understanding
