AIM Recycling Caribou, ME is seeking a Crane Operator to work under the authority of the Site Manager. The operator will use a crane to lift and move various loads, ensuring safe operation and quality control.

• Operate the hydraulic excavator.
• Discharge trucks of cars carcasses and/or large pieces.
• Monitor product quality and notify the receiving manager of any non‑conforming products or contaminants.
• Cut non‑ferrous materials on request.
• Load magnet‑metal trucks to be sent to foundries.
• Sort materials.
• Maintain equipment and work areas; inspect operations regularly.
• Prepare a daily activity report.
• Occasionally cut large pieces of metal with a torch.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Site Manager.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of the vehicle under its responsibility.
• Organized, responsible, resourceful, and dynamic.
• Good team worker.

• Outside work (weather permitting).
• Wearing protective equipment.
• Full‑time permanent position.
• Day shift.
• Possibility of overtime.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
